The suite is conveniently located >15 mins from DCA airport, & 6 blocks away from King Street, where you can walk to and enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment that Old Town has to offer. This property is also within walking distance to Whole Foods and the King Street Metro Station.

The Guest Suite

Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

We live upstairs with our pre-K son who you might hear in the mornings and evenings.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
