The cabin is surrounded by ORV and snowmobile trails. It is centrally located in the northern part of the lower peninsula for easy day trips to areas such as Mackinac Island and Traverse City. Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, not a party place. Built with many unique features: log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

The cabin is located at 10973 M-72, Kalkaska Michigan. It is on the corner of M-72 and West Bear Lake Road. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom new cabin with AC across from trailhead, restaurant, Bear Lake. Perfect for ATV’s, snowmobiles, fisherman. Unfortunately, we have a strict no pets policy and the person renting must be at least 21 years old with no exceptions. Children are welcome with a renter over the age of 21. Early check in or late departure costs $35 each if available.
