Sunset Haven spectacular Views

‘SUNSET HAVEN’ located across the road from the beach. Totally renovated from top to bottom with views of the bay from the lounge room and kitchen. It contains 2 bedrooms, the main accommodates 2 guests and has its own ensuite. The second contains a double/double bunk bed sleeping 4 and sharing a seperate bathroom.There is a large lounge room that has 2 pullout couches allowing 2-4 guests.The property is fully air conditioned and a gas log fireplace. Modern Renovated 2 Bedroom Home

Renovated villa with everything you need. Spacious living spaces, smart TV & DVD, Bluetooth speaker, also includes study nook. Enjoy cooking in the fabulous kitchen, plenty of bench space, kettle, toaster etc. Soak in the spa bath or enjoy the rain shower. Rest in the comfy King size bed includes TV in master, there is also a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds. A quiet a peaceful area with sunny rear courtyard. Close to shops and parks and pub, near to Mornington Peninsula wineries & hot springs.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Beach Front haven Fisherman’s Beach Mornington

A delightful, pet friendly, 2 bedroom unit in a fabulous location. On the Esplanade and across the road from superb Fisherman’s Beach. Perfect for relaxing, swimming and all water activities. A 2 minute stroll to Lilo’s cafe and the Fisherman’s Beach boat ramp. A 10 minute walk to Main Street Mornington, parks, shops superb restaurants, pubs, cafes, parks, scenic walks and historic landmarks. Public transport across the road taking you to either Mt Martha beach shops or Frankston. ID: 63880

Hampton beach house Cowes

Come and stay in our new Hampton Style Beach house in Philip Island, Cowes. It has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, and well-behaved pets are welcome. We have recently installed a new kitchen, new euro laundry, and 2 new bathrooms, and transformed the rear deck into an alfresco/dining for 8. The front veranda includes separate meals and seating areas which are a standout feature of this charming property. The block is fully fenced and includes a double garage/games room.

Frankston by the Sea

If you are booking for only 2 people you are booking ONE room and the other bedroom will be locked. Looking for a break away from reality. The apartment is walking distance to wonderful cafes, shops & across the road from the most beautiful beach on the Peninsula. Great walks up into Sweetwater Creek or along the boardwalk. The space is fully self contained with a great kitchen if you’d prefer to eat in. The gateway to the Mornington Peninsula to explore the extensive wineries in the region.

Located 1km from glorious Mount Martha beaches & seaside shopping village, this very spacious, well appointed accomodation is well situated at the heart of the stunning Mornington Peninsula. This region is home to some of Australia's best beaches, wineries, golf courses, hiking/mountain bike trails & a host of other attractions. Somers Dunescape with Fireplace and Pool Table

Retro Beach house across the road and over the sand dunes to the beach. Recently updated with new furniture, aircon and heating throughout. A roaring open fire place for you to enjoy during winter and electric blankets on every bed except top bunks! A great place to stay for graduating HMAS families. Maximum of 8 adults please (and up to 4 children) Please note, a bond of $500 will be collected prior to check-in. Your bond will be returned subject to adhering to house rules.

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.
