Coastal bolt-hole on a working farm perched on the Hartland Peninsula. The small barn is situated in the farmhouse courtyard garden next to the main house. Enclosed garden and entrance gate. The Pod @ West Titchberry Farm

Peacefully nestled in a private corner of an eight acre field, our south facing Armadilla pod offers you a chance to enjoy the tranquility of our remote North Devon family farm. Sit outside , enjoy a takeaway and a glass or two 🙂 Only two-and-a-half miles to the very famous Hartland Quay beach, and absolutely stunning coastal walks. There is a nice cafe+ 3 Pubs that all serve excellent food within the village,so plenty of choice without having to drive!! within 5 mins of the annexe you can be walking down the vale which is a beautiful place to walk and unwind.

The Linhay

Originally a cart store, the property has been converted to a cosy 2 bedroom cottage with full central heating and woodburner in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. It is all on one floor although there are two steps into the kitchen/dining room and a shallow step between kitchen/dining room and the hallway.
