Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Across the street from Hamlin Lake & near the State Park. This home features a large living room, dining area, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with sleeping for 10. We have a fully equipped kitchen & smart tvs in most rooms, fire pit, large upper deck. 2 kayaks available to use as well as a washer and dryer. Quiet hours (10:00 PM-8:00 AM), parking for 3 vehicles. - No smoking - Pet friendly w/ $60 pet fee per pet/per stay (+ fees & taxes, 2 max) - No events, parties, or large gatherings -Min age 25.

Beautiful view of Lincoln Lake. We are in the perfect location, 3 miles to town and 3 miles to the State Park, right on Lincoln Lake. Come and enjoy some time relaxing in a private guest house. Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.
