There are a number of scenic walks to explore from the annex. Crewkerne-a few minutes away has Waitrose, lidl, Boots, Savers & Poundland.

This Somerset hamstone cottage is a 3-minute walk to the village centre which oozes life with butchers, bakers, pub, deli, greengrocers and lots more.

Shepherds hut, unique Norwegian style mountain hut

Fjell Hytte: a little piece of Norway in Somerset. Beautifully crafted, heated by woodburner and offering enchanting views, this cosy shepherd's hut is away from everyone in its very own secluded wild paddock, only a mile from the village pub, shop and post office. We are also only a short walk from, Bournemouth University Campus, Westland Entertainment Centre and Abbey Manor Business Park, most of which can be reached via footpaths. A five minute drive will take you to the historic village of Montecute, leading onto the Chinnocks, Chiselborough and Norton Sub Hamdon, all of which are ideal for walking, cycling or simply a pub lunch.
