• Villa Mia is the ideal place for vacation and work in a quiet and private environment. • A separate housing unit of 50 square meters with a private entrance, on a plot of about 1.5 dunams and a garden over one dunam. • Private large pool 13.5 X 6 meters for our guests only. • The garden is fenced with a very high hedge that gives maximum privacy • It comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double pull-out sofa bed, a flat screen cable TV, A/C and free WIFI + NETFLIX, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Urn and Shabbat hot plate for our religious guests. • Vila Mia is perfect for a relaxing vacation in the unforgettable area of Caesarea, one of Israel's famous and ancient sites, a stunning archaeological and tourist site, perfectly situated between Tel Aviv (30 minutes’ drive) and Haifa (30 minutes’ drive). From there you can also tour the north of Israel. The Sea of Galilee is about 90 minutes’ drive away. • There are a lot of attractions in the area: including the, where you can enjoy a walk among the ruins at the ancient port city of Caesarea , dine at a gourmet restaurant overlooking the sea, visit Rally museum, practice your Golf or Tennis skills or enjoy water sports or horse riding activities on the beach. Nearby there are art galleries, cafes, shopping and commercial areas, family sports and attractions, etc. • For those coming with a car, plenty of free parking is available in the street. • We look forward to welcoming you on your next vacation. דירת 3 חדרים חדשה לגמרי, מאובזרת ומודרנית. בעלת ממד, נמצאת בבניין חדש עם מעלית, במרחק הליכה מהים ומקניון ״מול החוף וילג״. כוללת מרפסת ו2 חניות. קרובה ליציאה מן העיר ועליה לכביש החוף. ביציאה מהבניין ישנה תחנת אוטובוס, הדירה קרובה לרכבת. טלויזיה, וייפי, מזגן, מיקרו, תנור, כיריים גז ,מקרר, קומקום, מצנם, מכונת כביסה ומייבש. הדירה מתאימה ל6 אנשים, ישנם 3 חדרי שינה עם 3 מיטות זוגיות. חדר שינה ראשי עם מקלחת ו2 החדרים הנוספים עם מקלחת משותפת. הדירה בקומה 6 משקיפה לים, בכל שעות היום במרפסת שמשי ומואר.

A perfect location for private car or public transport, 15 min walk from Pardes Hana Train Station (40 min from Tel aviv). 10 min lovely walk through woods to city center. 15 min drive to the beautiful nature around and historical sites (Cesarea ruins and Aqueduct beach, the hills and stream of Amikam and Mount Carmel) Plenty of fun things to do around.

Perfect for couples, families or friends - take a bike ride in the Tel Gador nature reserve and swim at Gador Beach - one of the most beautiful in Israel, and just a few minutes walk. Walking along the cliffs with the breathtaking views is my favorite or enjoy it all from the 16th floor balcony without leaving home. The place is newly furnished and has fabulous vintage posters from my family’s collection. Enjoy!
