Beachwood Cottage is perfectly situated on the peninsula between the lakes. Take a 10 min walk to a wide Lake MI beach, or ride our 6 BIKES to Pere Marquette, the Deck, or along the gorgeous Muskegon Lakeside trail. Relax in the privacy of the backyard for coffee in the morning and campfires at night. Basement is set up for fun and games with regulation ping pong, darts, bar and 50" TV. Beach towels, chairs, and sand toys provided! Fully updated throughout with new beds, furniture and decor.

The Hillside Cottage is a curated space to reset, reflect, and unwind. A place to spend your days strolling the beach, fishing along the pier, sipping craft beer, or enjoying a meal at one of the many great local restaurants. Located just blocks off the water, our 1920s era cottage is nestled within the historic Lakeside neighborhood of Muskegon. A quick walk to grab ice cream, and just a bit further to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

The perfect place to escape to nature and serenity as you relax in front of the wood stove in our cozy cottage! under 3 minutes from Saugatuck Dunes State park, which leads to Lake Michigan (a 5 minute bike ride). 5 minutes from Downtown Saugatuck and all kinds of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment! 10-15 minutes from Holland for enjoying annual festivals such as Tulip Time or Girlfriends' weekend Downtown! Come get cozy and reset away from the hustle and bustle!

Our cozy, yet spacious cottage has everything for a relaxing getaway - lots of individual areas to retreat to and loads of lounging/seating space for groups to connect inside and out. There are board games, three large TVs with Netflix and cable, a firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Outdoor activities nearby: mountain biking, road biking, running on paved paths directly in front of the house, hiking and more!. This house is 3k sq ft (we host a 4k sq ft. space nearby, "Haven Woods").

Kitchen w/everything for cooking, laundry, full bath, 2 bedrooms each w/ queen bed, Wi-Fi, deck, gas fire pit (May-Oct), short walk for groceries & restaurants. Dog friendly. Our property backs up to the lovely new Dune Harbor Park. You'll have foot access to our private Lake Michigan beach and the Dune Harbor trails, all while being 15 mins away from both downtown Grand Haven & Muskegon.

Forest Avenue Bungalow

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Kitchen, dinning room with farmhouse table that seats 8+, Bathroom with shower & vintage style tub, living room & master bedroom also on main floor. Upstairs offers 2 additional rooms & sleeping space! Yard with grill & deck to enjoy! Need more space for your group?! We now also own Jimmy's Place - located just 2 houses down and around the corner and can sleep another 8 people!

Downtown Cottage

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This historic home is in the epicenter of everything going on in downtown Holland. From the front porch you can overlook the farmer’s market every Wednesday and Saturday. Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps. Extra cleaning procedures with antibacterial cleaning products have been added due to COVID-19.

Watch the sunset from our private lake dock, enjoy a bonfire in the backyard, or visit nearby Lake Michigan beach for the day. Please note, guests are expected to read and honor all House Rules. No smoking, pets, parties, or unauthorized visitors. We require photo IDs at the time of booking.
