One stop to Atlantic-Barclay's Center and about 35 minutes from Times Square. The space is shared with other guests. I live in the building as well. The cleaning lady is on-site every other day. Our beautiful space is clean and new. It is Located in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood). It includes central heat and central air, a bathroom and an open kitchen. We are 5 minutes away from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. Charming Room has lots of light, it is large, 10 X13 ft. The room is furnished and includes a closet, desk, chair, linens, down comforter, nightstand, flowers, and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.
