Welcome to The Cozy Townhouse located in Goshen. Centrally located to Middlebury, Nappanee, and Shipshewana, this will be the perfect place to settle down for the night. The property has a closed in backyard fence with a fireplace where you can enjoy your evenings. Whether you are staying with family or with friends this will be a great stay for you. Wake up and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee with grounds from local coffee shop Main Street Roasters which is located in Nappanee. 40 minutes from ND.

Half-Moon Cottage

Enjoy privacy in this beautifully handcrafted cottage with arched ceilings. The cottage is 2 miles from downtown Goshen - a vibrant small town with restaurants and shops. It's 1 mile from Goshen College, 45 minutes from Notre Dame and 25 minutes from the Amish town of Shipshewana. The cottage is beside a fruit, nut and berry orchard and gardens. It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

Stay in our redecorated entire upstairs level with pass-coded private entry to come and go as you please. Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a double in the second bedroom. (2 cots can be set up for any youth). Full bath with tub and shower, TV room with Kuerig, microwave, mini frig, and back wood’s view. Relax on front porch. Short walk to Fairgrounds and Pumpkin Vine trail. Close by places to eat. Notre Dame is 45 mins away. Shipshewana -40 mins. 60 miles to Lake MI. 3 hr drive to Chicago.

Stay in a 2nd story private suite in a modern farmhouse where we reside on a family farm in Amish country. Guests have the entire 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, a private bath, and a sitting room. You can watch Amish buggies drive by while you rock on the front porch, access shared patio spaces or sit by a creek. We have cows, goats & chickens. We're in the heart of Shipshewana Amish/Mennonite community, minutes from downtown Shipshewana & all it has. An authentic, comfortable country getaway.

Nurture your most important relationships at this peaceful authentic log cabin, built in 2022, set halfway in the long lane of our 18 acre property. Enjoy privacy with the massive pine trees behind you. Relax on the front porch and watch the sunset beyond the horse pasture and cornfields. The cabin boasts Wi-Fi, TV screen w options,a soaker tub, queen bed, recliners with heating feature, a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, a washer and dryer. Everything you need for a longer stay.

Basement Apartment *conveniently near Shipshewana*

Come stay in our private-access, BASEMENT apartment, while you visit our town of Shipshewana. Our home sits in the middle of 7 acres of woods. We love it here, and we hope you do too! Our goal, as your hosts, is to provide you with a reasonably priced, cozy space, where you feel like you are visiting a friend, not staying at a high end hotel. Small touches set us apart like laundry and light breakfast/snacks provided for stays that include Sundays (coffee is ALWAYS on at this house)

Tiny Retro Studio for One Person

TINY studio for ONE. Non-smoking inside & out. Our typical guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.

Colorful Country Suite

Peaceful get-away in the country. Rich colorful apartment ideal for an extended business trip or just for fun. A thousand square feet of comfortable living space in our walk-out basement. Five to ten minutes from an eclectic mix of dining options and bustling art/artisan scene in downtown Goshen. Walking/biking trails are 1.5 mi. away. Bike trails are also available in Goshen and extend all the way from Elkhart to Shipshewana. We're two minutes from Goshen Airport.

Mullet's Speed Shop

Refresh and relax at this newly constructed guest suite! Mullet's Speed Shop is conveniently located just 3 minutes from the famous Das Dutchman Essenhaus Restaurant and Bakery, less than 10 miles from the quaint shops of Shipshewana, and an easy 40 minute drive to Notre Dame (for the football fans). Take a bike ride or a peaceful walk on the Pumpkinvine Nature Trail less than 2 miles away. Nestled in the heart of Amish country, enjoy the buggies passing by!

Lower Level Guest Suite w/ Kitchenette (2 nt min)

Best suited for travelers in town for business and sight seeing. Well suited for longer-term contract workers as well. This beautifully updated, retreat-like, basement guest suite will provide all the space and comfort you want while you visit our area. The main entrance (keyless) is a SHARED ENTRANCE to our family home, and the steps to the lower level basement are right inside the front door. The lower level is a designated space for our guests.

Millrace Overlook

Lovely one bedroom apartment where you can relax, work, or play amidst the beautiful nature around Goshen Dam Pond and Mill Race Canal. Great birding, biking, and fishing. (Bring bikes, fishing gear, kayaks, and binoculars.) Community: Goshen College and Goshen Hospital are walking distance. Close to downtown restaurants, Janus Motorcycles, and Greencroft Communities. Notre Dame is only 45 min away. Strong, consistent WiFi for your devices. (No TV.)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled among the trees, it provides a quiet getaway from the chaos of life allowing you to recharge and renew. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
