View local swans, dolphins, pelicans, fish, crabs and koalas nearby or take a walk on the boardwalk through a nature reserve to Mallabula. Try fishing or kayaking or watching the sunset. Whale watching and dolphin tours depart from nearby Nelson Bay. Eating out includes clubs, take always, a few restaurants ranging from budget to waterfront a la cart. This three bed house is pet friendly & perfect for up to two families or couples to ride, relax and enjoy the views of the Cooreei Hills. Close to The Common mountain bike tracks and a stroll to Dungog's emerging arts scene, historical James Theatre, Tin Shed Brewery, cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

Enjoy our calming light-filled studio retreat nestled on the second story among the treetops of the local gum trees in Soldiers Point Port Stephens, perfect for 1-2 adults. Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
