The place sleeps up to 4 people with modern bathroom, open plan living area and kitchenette with coffee and tea, washing machine, ducted air-conditioning and heating and complimentary Wifi. Less than 10-minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and 20-minute walk to front beach (Tyrone Foreshore) or back beaches of Rye (Number 16 Beach).

Bedroom with QS bed, outside deck with BBQ. Provisions for light Continental breakfast provided for first 3 days, fridge/freezer, electric frypan, 2-zone cooktop and microwave in kitchenette. No oven. WiFi. All linen supplied. 6 min walk to town, not much further to beach. Set in quiet garden surroundings. Free street parking.
