Ten minutes to Kiama and Berry on the NSW South Coast. Just 5 minutes from the beach, you'll feel a million miles from anywhere.

Unique cottage on beautiful farm close to beaches

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Close to beaches, Gerringong and Kiama.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Our Guest House is located at Dunmore Lakes, 1.5hr drive from Sydney, and is ideally a short drive to local beaches and villages, such as The Farm at Killalea, Shellharbour Village, South Beach, Minnamurra Rainforest, Kiama Village which boasts numerous cafe's and Restaurants along the main street. The beautiful town of Berry is also a twenty minute drive away. Jamberoo is a great little village featuring the iconic Jamberoo Pub, and the renowned Action Ski Park.

This 50's style cottage has recently undergone a full renovation throughout, making it a wonderful place for families, small groups and couples to spend a weekend relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surrounding area.

Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. The Dairy sits within approximately 9 acres of beautiful ,private gardens on a 29 acre property . The one bedroom cottage is light and bright with a small kitchen, a wood burning fire, reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fans and gas heating. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds.
