The Annex is a charming self-contained cottage with private garden, attached to a historic country house in the Scottish Borders. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, including part of the Southern Upland Way; tributaries to the salmon and trout-rich River Tweed; and also many miles of forest trails for adventure seeking mountain bikers, our accommodation will appeal to anyone with a love of the great outdoors. 2 miles to the village of Innerleithen for all local amenities & several pubs!

The open plan lounge/kitchen is well-equipped while the ensuite open plan bedroom is cosy with a bright bathroom with bath/shower.
