Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

Mt Martha is perfectly located on the Mornington Peninsula, to enjoy all its fantastic attractions...beaches, biking, hot springs, coastal walks, restaurants and wineries.

The house is furnished for your comfort, including well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for 12 guests, BBQ, & Wifi. 4 bdrms sleep 8guests, & 2 sofa beds for 4 extra. There's a cot set up, & a PortaCot is available on request. The area is quiet & peaceful, with lots of local options from nature to adrenaline. Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 55 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Mount Eliza Sunset Apartment

Light filled and very spacious, elegant one bedroom apartment with a pull out QS sofa bed also available in separate lounge room. We offer approx. 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Relax in comfy recliner arm chairs and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the lounge room or enjoy them from the large private deck area, or watch our Smart TV enjoying your complimentary wine and food platter. Sleep soundly in the comfortable KS bed.
