Située à 1.2km du petit village de Sigonce, 10km de Forcalquier, 10km de l'autoroute, 2km d'une rivière et cascade, proche du lac d'Oraison et des Gorges du Verdon. Ps: il y as la fibre!!!

En bordure du hameau des Lointes Bastides datant du 17ème siècle, la maison s'ouvre sur un jardin de 2 hectares au pied de la Combe de Lourmarin. Parfait pour vivre des vacances nature ou travailler à distance (connexion internet fibre 100 Mbps). La maison de 120 m2 est composée d'une pièce à vivre avec une grande table en bois, une cuisine ouverte, un poêle à bois pour l'hiver ouvrant sur la terrasse privative. Les deux chambres avec salle de bain ouvrant sont équipées d'un bureau.

Spacious 30 m2 terrace with panoramic view towards the Luberon mountains. The suite is fully equipped with all you need including coffe/tea, bathrobes and wonderful thick towels. An efficient electric fan has been installed in the ceiling. You will find extra chairs in the hall if you want to sit by the fountain!
