Little annex in gorgeous Devon countryside

Relax in the countryside & enjoy the beautiful outdoors. This annex is a new addition on a 300 year old thatch farmhouse. You have your own private space, direct access from road, a small fenced garden and a parking space. The flat has a double bed, en-suite, and lounge-diner with sofabed for kids. You can use our garden, canoes, beach kit, bikes & golf swing cage if you want. Easy walks right into fields, & along the River Tale or Otter. If you need more space, we have a barn on the property.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cottage is an excellent base for a countryside and coastal getaway in Devon. The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

Relax with the whole family in this little slice of heaven in Devon. It has a fabulous enclosed garden where you can enjoy the firepit or BBQ or a huge open plan living area to cook up the mackerel you caught on the coast 20 minutes away. 'Tall Trees' is a small apartment recently converted from a garage attached to Grade II listed Longmeadows Lodge. It is a calm space ideal for a single person or a couple. It would suit guests who are looking for a base in the East Devon countryside, but would like easy access to the A30, M5, Exeter, Dartmoor and the Coast. Tall Trees is in a small hamlet, and is nestled in amongst other dwellings. It benefits from its own front door, a parking space, and a private patio and garden area.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
