From hiking and biking to rock climbing and whitewater rafting, the possibilities for adventure are endless.

Downtown Fayetteville Retreat • Hike, Raft, Climb

Experience the incredible outdoor recreation of Fayetteville - recently renovated 3br/1ba near the heart of town: 2 blocks up to downtown (Pies and Pints, Waterstone, Wood Iron cafe) or 2 blocks down to Firehouse BBQ and Maggies Pub. Or cook at home in the redone and fully equipped kitchen. 10 min to trails, rock climbing, mountain biking, and rafting! Kaymoor Mine is a few minutes from town and provides great hiking and history. *One pet (max) is considered on a case-by-case basis for a fee.*

Enjoy this unique "base camp" while visiting our National Park and sites in southern West Virginia.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening nightcap on the front or back porch and relax after a day of adventuring around the New River Gorge National Park.

We are minutes away from many of the major attractions in the area including: rafting companies (i.e. ACE and Adventures on the Gorge, and River Expeditions), hiking, shops, and restaurants. We are located within the city of Oak Hill so no crazy backroads or surprises : ) Relax on our back porch, around the firepit, or inside in the air conditioning after a great day of having fun! Melt in the Mountains

This house is conveniently located off of Route 19. You will be located one mile from the New River Gorge Bridge. You will be within a 15 minute walk to all Fayetteville has to offer. It is a short drive or bike ride to hiking trails, mountain biking trails, rock climbing or white water rafting. The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot, that is enclosed with a chainlink fence, for those of you who are bringing a pet.

Three great outdoor sitting areas one with fabulous view of the mountains! The home is walking distance to many Fayetteville attractions.
