This home is peaceful, built 2023 sleeps 6, 3 beds & pullout couch. Added a window air conditioner, washer and dryer, and a water softener this summer. Enjoy!

Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home gives you full access to 10 acres of property with a large yard and 2 car garage. Hosts Luke and Angie live next door with 2 sons, 1 very friendly dog and 2 cats. A simple getaway. Great place to unplug! No Wi-Fi no TV. Lake access right down the street with public boat ramp. Great for taking a break in an incredible cabin. The water is okay for taking a shower and washing dishes, but please use bottled water for cooking and drinking. Downtown Evart drive 15 minutes. Downtown Cadillac drive 25 minutes. Close to national forest. 42 minutes from Cabrefae Ski Resort. Traverse City 1hr 23 min away
