Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Relax and enjoy a home from home feel in this modern self contained annex situated in the ancient stannary town of Plympton. 10 min walk to the Ridgeway which offers local shops, restaurants and pubs. A Chinese take-away a couple of minutes up the road as well as other takeaways in the area. A 14 min drive to the City Centre, Barbican and Hoe. Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

Salcombe, 25 mins., Mothecombe beach, 15 mins., & the moor 15minutes. Also perfect for business clients, with quick, easy access to A38, and free private off-road parking.

We have fitted our barn out to the highest standard and look forward to having you! We have created a wonderful outdoor space for BBQs, alfresco eating with stunning views and sun all day long. For an extra pamper we have put a free-standing bath in the main double bedroom with views over the fields beyond! 1 small dog allowed by prior agreement only for a £20 nightly charge.
