We have been renovating an old 1950's dairy barn since 2013. We fell in love with this location because the barn is set in a beautiful valley in the Appalachian Mountains. You have to drive through the creek to get to the barn. We built this private bungalow on the creekside of the barn with its private entrance. The treehouse offers 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom on the main floor with a rock shower and the loft bedroom with a half bath. The treehouse has a full wrap around porch with jacuzzi tub overlooking a spring branch and fire pit. Enjoy the outdoor shower with a 16” rainfall shower head under the treehouse next to the spring branch. Our gravel road welcomes you to a cozy home in the trees.

4 bedroom 2 bathroom historic farmhouse built @1815 but updated with modern amenities. Private and peaceful location in the middle of a 100+ acre working farm, the property is surrounded by hayfields and rolling hills and includes spacious front and back yards. The house includes a front porch, back deck, and fire pit where you can enjoy spectacular views of farmland and the Iron Mountain range, a perfect place to relax and get away from it all.
