This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying.
