Located in the heart of the Illinois countryside in Charleston, our home is situated halfway between O'Brien Field (EIU) and the historic downtown square. This gorgeous designer's home and owner's suite was built in 1968 and offers a truly unique getaway. Our spacious home includes a 2-story stone wall, oversized windows, spiral staircase, game hall, billiard room, 100% cedar walk-in closet, sunken tub/shower in master and decorative antique cast iron fireplace.

Private one bedroom one bathroom with large kitchen! Close to everything. Located 1 block from the library. 0.5 miles from Vincennes University. 0.9 miles to Good Sam. A hotel room with a full kitchen AND it’s cheaper. Fully equipped kitchen provides coffee pot, filters, paper towels, etc for easy use. Willing to accommodate pets for an additional fee of $25 for cleaning and count them as a guest ($10 per day). *Backyard is currently unavailable.

The Ledger Loft, Located on the second floor of the Historic MainStay Building, is a spacious 2000 Sq Ft Loft that is perfect for hosting large families, and includes gorgeous brick architecture, the MainStay building was once home to the original Ayars Bank, and The Ledger itself was once an Oddfellows Lodge. While it being relaxing, this space is also convenient with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer & dryer located inside the apartment.
