First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.
