Lake View Studios have been transformed from old outbuildings to lovely self contained studios set in 190 acres of idyllic Dorset countryside surrounded by picturesque lakes bustling with wildlife. Situated just outside of Wareham our location is at the heart of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. We are close to many local attractions including RSPB Arne, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Enjoy the wildlife from the patio, stroll around or we can arrange for you to Kayak on our beautiful lake.

Secluded Garden Lodge with Private Hot Tub

The Lodge Retreat is nestled at the bottom of a secluded garden pathway in the sleepy suburb of Southbourne and is a stones throw from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. The whole of the Lodge Retreat is yours to relax and unwind and includes use of your own private hot tub. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. The Lodge Retreat offers an easy self check in and check out service for your convenience.

Stunning 1-Bed Chalet Cabin with Countryside Views

Purbeck View Cabin is set in an elevated corner of Higher Bulbury Farm, enjoying far reaching views towards the Purbeck Hills. The wooden chalet-style cabin has high ceilings throughout creating a feeling of light and space and the open plan living area is cosy and comfortable. There is a separate bedroom and dressing room plus a well equipped kitchen and shower room. Outside there is a decked area on which to enjoy views across the Dorset countryside and take in the local wildlife.

Peaceful 1-bed Lakeside Cabin in Rural Location

Silver Birch Cabin is a self contained property in the tranquil countryside of Higher Bulbury Farm, situated at the edge of a lake you are surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. Outside there is a raised decking area on which you can relax and take in views across the private lake and surrounding farmland. Close by is a paddock where you will see our pampered goats and miniature shetland ponies. Unwind and reconnect with nature at this unforgettable, quirky and private retreat.

Cobblers Cottage, Dorset

Relax and unwind in a newly renovated 18th Century cottage, combining period charm with modern convenience and luxury. Sleeping 6+ in three spacious double bedrooms, one en suite on the ground floor. Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. All 5 bedrooms have en-suites and the master bedroom has a freestanding bath overlooking the sea. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.
