Welcome to our peaceful farm in the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The farm is ideally situated for you to explore the beautiful East Devon countryside, less than 5 minutes from the A30, and only 25 minutes drive from the coast. Your well appointed private studio flat includes a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, sofa, TV and kitchenette. It has been recently refurbished, with new furniture. Breakfast can be served to you in the flat, for a little extra, available on request.

The Old Workshop @ Swallows is an extended single storey barn dating back to the 1880’s. It has been sympathetically renovated to bring it up to 21st century standards with electricity generated using our solar panels. Superfast fibre broadband 500mgb It is surrounded by stunning rural views and is very quiet. Sumptuous, cosy and welcoming are just a few of the words that describe this charming escape. The Old Workshop is situated within an AONB and is tucked away in the courtyard of our barns.

A grade 2 listed 5-star converted granary. Bright and airy, with upstairs sitting room and kitchenette, with feature oak beams. Views of the historic courtyard and the Axe River valley. Downstairs is a large double bedroom, on-suite shower room, and built-in washing machine. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks. The SHED at Dorset Farm

the SHED is really anything but a shed. Built on the site of a former stables, the shed is a bespoke design and build, constructed in 2020 /2021. Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to the beauty of the natural world. The shed is all about serenity, luxury craftsmanship and escapism. Outside there is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.
