You will have the run of the main floor which includes a back bedroom, large bedroom suite with fireplace, long couch and TV. Open living room, dining room and kitchen. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

Bayside bottom unit duplex in Brant Beach area of LBI with everything you need for a great family vacation! 1 block from the ocean and a short walk to many restaurants and shops. Located on a quiet street our home sleeps 5 and features 2 bedrooms , 2 full baths, air conditioning, open floor plan, kitchen with stainless steel and granite, livingroom, and front porch. NO PETS/NO SMOKING. Check in 2 PM & check out 10 AM. 2 Beach badges are included with chairs & games.
