The cottage comfortably sleeps 4, with 1 twin & 1 double bedroom upstairs & dual aspect windows inc large skylight. Downstairs has a solid oak kitchen, a bathroom with shower over bath & lovely living/dining room with French doors.

Situated on the banks of the river Tummel in a beautifully peaceful location, but also providing close proximity to the festival theatre, the Dam and fish ladder, and a short walk into town with access to bars, restaurants and shops. The cottage has ease of access to the absolute best of everything highland Perthshire has to offer. Fishing from the bottom of the garden (permit required), golf nearby and an abundance of beautiful walks right from our doorstep. It is really is a gem of a place!

The Arns Cottage has been beautifully converted from a traditional stone built stables into a cosy, luxurious retreat. Located within the gardens of the main house and accessible down a farm track, the cottage is surrounded by the stunning Perthshire Hills. It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel. This renovated old gardener's cottage sits within the grounds of a Victorian house and commands beautiful hillside views from an enviable elevated position. The cottage consists of an open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen.
