The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

A self-contained annex for 2 in a village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Two great village pubs 5 & 10 mintues walk. Continental breakfast included. The annex has an en-suite shower room, king size bed, double wardrobe and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

Our eco-friendly award winning contemporary home is a superb base to stay on Dartmoor with stunning views & great walks all around. A full English breakfast is included, many choices to choose from. Except on show days when cereal & toast are provided We have two double bedrooms with a private bathroom, which are downstairs in a separate wing. If one room is booked the second will remain empty. 2 acres of gardens dedicated to wildlife & plenty of outdoor seating & free parking We live on site

Cosy beach studio with sea views

Studio 9 is a cosy coastal getaway, 2 blocks from Woolacombe beach, overlooking the beautiful Devon countryside and the Atlantic ocean. Located in the heart of Woolacombe, you're a stones throw from shops, bars & restaurants, as well as several great beaches and some lovely walks. The studio is comfortably decked out with a relaxed seaside vibe, and is a perfect space to unwind. Ideal for couples and surfers, and available for short or long stays year round. Not suitable for pets or children.

Mole Cabin, Cleave Cabins

Charming rustic cabin nestled in trees. 15/20 minute walk to the pub and sea. Charlton Cleave is host to Mole Cabin along with Badger and Toad Hall. There is a separate shower/toilet room, shared with the other two cabins. Mains water and electricity, kettle, toaster, cafetière, heater and wifi in the cabin. Shared guest kitchen in house- see below. Beds can be arranged as twin or double. Just off the beautiful Southwest Coast Path, and a short drive to sandy surfing beaches. Time to retreat.

Coachmans - Farm; Animals; Rural; Gym; Spa (extra)

Coachmans is part of West House Cottage; at the back of the main house. The room is a bright airy room, accessed up a stairs with its own private en-suite shower room. The house is on the edge of Chilton Polden with beautiful views of the Mendips and the Levels. There is more accommodation contained within West House Cottage opposite and beneath. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking, animals - lots of places to visit. Not suitable for children.

Thatched Devon Cottage beside stream near beach

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Deluxe Farmhouse B&B in own wing

A warm welcome awaits. Our guest room with its own entrance overlooks a secluded, rural valley. The room includes a double sleigh bed, tea/coffee facilities, cool box, plus an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and underfloor heating. A farmhouse breakfast with local ingredients and our own sourdough. Perfect for exploring the coast and Dartmoor or delights of Salcombe, Dartmouth & Totnes. A good base for walking the SW coast path. Dinner can be provided.

Cosy retreat in peaceful country setting only 20 minutes from seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and the cathedral city Exeter. Ideal base for a couple or family. Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.

Delightful 1-bed annex with free, on-site parking

Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.

The Apple Store is part of Yeomans Acre Self Catering Holiday Cottages offering a cosy king size double room with en suite shower facilities. The property is centrally located in Colyford with a great pub and village shop a few hundred yards away plus a cycling hub cafe just two minutes walk.
