Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

The first floor rental space features a private entrance porch overlooking the park like property . Located just one mile from the Village of East Aurora this property features nature trails to the banks of Cazenovia creek . Ideal for family’s with children and also Pet Friendly. Niagara Falls is only 30minutes away.Very nice neighborhood.4minutes from Galleria Mall. Plus many more stores nearby.Many places to eat and have some drinks! Sleeps-5 we have a clean pack and play for your little one. Has own keypad entrance. Couch in living room , roll away bed. One bedroom has a queen bed and tv.The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly.Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.

Book your stay at our homey and welcoming 3 bedroom space, designed for guests to enjoy. We are a short 10 min drive from the Buffalo Airport. There is plenty to do during your stay: downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls are both a 20 min drive, and our quiet, safe neighborhood is the perfect place to relax for the evening. We suggest taking a walk at Reinstein Woods nature preserve. With a park in the backyard and access to an abundance of restaurants and shops nearby, you will love this space!

Bear’s Den

Quiet three bedroom apartment with new kitchen and all appliances. Off the main roads but still close to Bills Stadium and Downtown Buffalo/Canalside. 30 minutes from Niagara Falls. Lots of parks and nature trails nearby. Large backyard. We have included photos of Bear our Akita, so you will know to expect a large dog on site/in the backyard etc. He loves people and children and loves to say hello. We cannot allow other pets on site because of Bear.
