Centrally located in Wayne County we are just a short drive to many things to do! Honesdale, Hawley, Narrowsburg, Callicoon, Bethel Woods, Delaware River, Prompton State Park for starters.

Welcome to Deer Hollow, a bucolic retreat sitting on three lush acres in the Sullivan County Catskills. Deer Hollow is nestled on a hill, just a five minute drive to the hamlet of Callicoon on the Delaware River. Only a two hour drive from New York City's George Washington Bridge, Callicoon is a charming community, waiting to be explored. With four bedrooms and two full baths, Deer Hollow comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it the perfect gathering place for your family and friends.

Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.
