My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Enjoy Nov. thru Feb. at Va. Bch--average day temp. in 60s and 50s. Just steps or bike through a nice area to the beach, restaurants, culture, The Dome, Convention Ctr & other activities. Take a 10-min. walk or bike to the beach (7 short blocks). No traffic or parking hassles! We are close to I264, several military bases & Hilltop Shopping area. This is a quiet neighborhood & convenient location. Perfect for couples & solo travelers. NO animals or pets allowed! NO children under 13 yrs. of age!

Each bedroom has a flat screen TV; one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room along with a large TV. This is a 2nd floor unit with one designated parking spot. Plenty to do for the whole family with the beach, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, and many more activities all within walking distance.

Remodeled kitchen and bath. Discounts for longer stays. The entire house and yard is yours. Close enough so you can walk or bike to shopping and restaurants, or head to the beach about 2.5 miles away. Internet and a work desk, comfy beds with cotton sheets provided. There is a back porch, large fenced yard, BBQ grill, fire pit. Rules for booking our home- no pets are allowed. We require our guests have good AirBnb reviews. The Old Beacon unit 3 is a two story unit with living space on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. It’s one of the units of the back cottage on the property. Adorable, cozy interior with access to the amazing outdoor common area - pool, cornhole, porch swings, outdoor dining area, and outdoor shower for when you return from the beach! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that’s two blocks to the beach and Virginia Beach boardwalk!

Hilltop Bungalow - Guest Suite with Backyard Oasis

Enjoy a relaxed stay in a modern, beachy 1 bedroom suite, just 2 miles from the Virginia Beach oceanfront. The suite is centrally located to many popular Virginia Beach destinations and is just steps away from Hilltop shopping center. The guest suite includes a queen Casper mattress, desk, closet, keurig, mini fridge, microwave oven, private bathroom and, private off-street parking. Note: This is a guest room off of the main house, occupied by the host.
