A perfect holiday home, furnished in a clean modern style and enjoying an excellent location. Set in a quiet private road, only a few minutes walk from the beautiful sands and surf of Croyde beach and a short walk from the pubs, restaurants & shops of this picturesque Devon village. The House is upside down living with a large vaulted open plan living space upstairs, leading to a large balcony. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms; one en-suite, plus a bathroom and garden. The 3rd bedroom has bunks.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Longleigh is the ideal beach house perfectly situated in Croyde and just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the village centre. With sea views over the dunes, the house is surrounded by fields. Longleigh has 6 large en-suite bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, spacious sitting room, a penthouse lounge with a further double bed, a ‘wet’ room/utility room, spacious patio, enclosed garden and a large roof deck which wraps around the whole house.

The Net Loft Croyde is the epitome of a stylish Coastal holiday home with hot tub located in the heart of Croyde only a few minutes’ walk to the world class surfing beaches and seconds from the village centre. and close to local restaurants and pubs, making it an ideal holiday rental for couples. Please note it is not always possible to have the hot tub ready for use on the first night as it takes 24 hours to empty, clean, fill and heat.

We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.

This charming mews house has only just been renovated to a very high standard. It has a master bedroom upstairs, full bathroom and huge open plan living space.
