It is situated on a small farm with cattle and sheep. Guests enjoy sightings of kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, kookaburras & native birds. Local activities include trout fishing, hiking, kayaking, mushrooming, truffle hunts, Waldara weddings, sightseeing in the Blue Mountains, Jenolan Caves, Kanangra Walls and Mayfield Garden. Cowra is famous for local produce and the Cowra Breakout. The home boasts multiple living areas both inside and out. Relax in the peaceful gardens or by the pool.

The Old Dairy is pet friendly 2 bedroom fully self contained accommodation adjacent to one of the older homes in the district. A short walk to a popular Hotel. Five minutes drive to the city centre. Easy access to wineries, parks and dining for which Orange is renowned. Your booking includes use of the tennis court, bbq and fire pit, with wood for one fire. Bookings of 2 nights or more include a complementary bottle of local wine. Well behaved pets are welcome, just check our pet rules.

"Anglesey House" Iconic Forbes CBD Heritage Home

"Anglesey House" a two storey, Late Victorian home built in 1884 in the CBD. A wealthy merchant from Anglesey in Wales, loaded two ships with finery that could not be obtained in Australia at the time. William Thomas built Anglesey House with it's seven marble fireplaces, cedar staircase, high and ornate ceilings and sandstone stables in the back garden.
