Light, bright and spacious. From the moment you walk in you'll feel calm and relaxed. Fire up the wood fire or simply press a button for instant warmth or cool. Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

Family Foreshore Beach House. Tucked at the end of a quiet culdesac this relaxed foreshore hideaway is made for barefoot holidays. Wander to rock pools, play on the lawn, watch wallabies graze and kookaburras laugh in the trees or gather on the deck as the BBQ sizzles and waves roll in. Two living areas give families space to spread out while cosy bedrooms invite slow mornings with sea views. This is a newly listed, newly renovated and ideally located fully self contained unit. You will be close to everything when you stay at Boardwalk by the Bay. A one minute stroll to the boardwalk gets you on the beach or continue walking to the jetty, restaurants, cafes and shops. This compact and cosy 2 bedroom unit on the beach side of the road has everything you could need for a quick getaway or extended holiday to explore the many attractions the beautiful Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
