"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.

The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. Named after the Buzzards that soar above, the Buzzards hut is a peaceful retreat with views over the open countryside. Both coasts are a short drive away, the parish of Wendron where Porkellis is situated is steeped in a rich mining heritage and there is a 7 mile circular walk on our doorstep. Dogs allowed, fully fenced.
