Artist’s Creative Hideaway & Sauna

Beautiful, inspiring, and peaceful, Arthouse is a place to escape. This converted art studio in West Dorset is close to Chesil Beach and the Jurassic Coast. It is surrounded by wildflowers and features contemporary art and sculptures by artists Rouwen and Reeve. The space is complemented by mid-century modern furnishings, high ceilings, and exposed beams. All doors open to a private patio and a naturalistic garden. The Sauna, located in the gravel garden looks out onto sculptures and plants.

Relax at our unique and peaceful getaway in the heart of the Isle of Purbeck. The Knap, an annexe of our home, is close to many of Dorset's famous beauty spots along the Jurassic Coast, such as Corfe Castle, Studland Beach and Old Harry Rocks. During your stay you'll have the place to yourselves, including a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bathroom, (with bath and shower), and a living space including a sumptuous double bed, sofa-bed and table. Cosy Purbeck Cottage on the Jurassic Coast

We fully renovated this cosy, two bedroom cottage to create a warm, welcoming space where the only sounds you’ll hear are the tweeting of birds and crackle of the newly fitted wood burning stove. The cottage has a king, a twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge so is flexible with accommodating various set ups. The location is just about as good as it gets. It’s a 10 min walk along the stunning River Frome into Wareham and a stone’s throw from all major tourist attractions on the Purbecks.

Stunning wooden lodge in Purbeck Countryside

A perfect escape from the crowds. This newly built cabin nestles in the Purbeck countryside in the grounds of a Victorian cottage. Sit on your secluded decking and watch the steam trains roll by whilst enjoying relaxing drinks and a bbq. On colder days huddle up on the sofa in front of the logburner or wrap up for some glorious local walks. The historic villages of Corfe Castle, Worth Matravers and Kingston are within walking distance of around 30/45 minutes, with lovely pubs at the end!

The Shepherds Hut, Corfe Castle

Situated in the countryside between Corfe and Swanage and close to the beaches and many attractions of the Jurassic Coastline. This traditional Shepherds Hut sleeps two in a King bed but you could accommodate up to a further three guests by pitching your own tent alongside it. Private setting with it’s own gated and fenced area with room to park off the road. Exclusive use of hot open air shower, kitchen hut and toilet situated in a separate hut next door. Sorry dogs are not permitted.

Poppy Cottage

Centrally placed in the popular village of Corfe Castle. Poppy Cottage is a Grade II listed, semi-detached thatch cottage; alluding to its charming interior. You’ll find all you need and more tucked away in this lovely cottage. Whether you’ve come for a beach break or family adventure in Dorset there is a lot to discover nearby. Studland bay is a 10 min drive away and there are a host of walks in the area. Corfe village boasts many pubs, village shops and the historic castle ruin.

The Cottage is an open plan building next to the entrance to Corfe Common in a tranquil setting. Downstairs there is a King-size bed & upstairs there are 2 single beds . Sleeping areas are open plan but have thick curtains that can be drawn to create a private and cosy space. The Mousehole - 1 bed in Corfe Castle

Situated a five minute walk from the centre of beautiful Corfe Castle, the Mousehole is a newly converted and fitted out annexe to our home. It is light and bright, yet peaceful. Completely self contained and surrounded by glorious countryside, you can explore from the doorstep. We have four pubs within a short walk, and a fabulous village shop / Post Office. Beaches are within a short drive or bus ride and the Swanage Railway steam trains stop in the village.
