Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

This 1930’s storybook cottage is tucked away in the Longfellow Historic District, one of Iowa City’s most peaceful, beautiful neighborhoods. Close to downtown and the University, walkable to Deluxe Bakery, Longfellow Nature Trail, and multiple parks, this charming home has one queen bedroom plus an upstairs loft/workspace with an additional queen-sized bed. Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage.
