Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. This newly renovated 1BR apt will have you feeling relaxed on your stay! Enjoy a full kitchen and a spa like feel in the bathroom. Rest your head after a long day in a comfortable king size bed, or enjoy a short ride into a quaint village for a bite to eat or a cocktail! Our apartment is a one bedroom, smaller private apartment within a 5 unit building. The building itself sits on a Main Street where the bedroom does face the road. We have included black out curtains and a sound machine.

Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.

A nice place to relax or get some work done! Features a great back porch that overlooks the property. Close to Moog, Fisher Price and the Gow School, this apartment has a large bedroom with a king-size bed. Comfortable living room has a full size futon for an extra bed when needed. We are less than 20 minutes from Kissing Bridge and Buffalo Ski Center. We're a quick 30 minute drive to the city of Buffalo and 40 minutes from Niagara Falls.
