Chez Lussaud is a beautiful 300 year old private hamlet located in the southern tip of the Charente. Set in 8 acres of gardens, woods & open spaces, it is the perfect place to kick off your shoes, relax & take in the views. Le Four a Pain is one of two boutique gites with private garden, your own wood-fired hot tub & shared pool. Holidays are very precious, our aim is for you to go home completely relaxed & rested, having enjoyed the peace, tranquility & hospitality Chez Lussaud has to offer.

Particuliers, Mireille et Philippe louent ce studio 25 m2 totalement indépendant, avec entrée privative. Au premier étage d'une belle maison située dans un quartier calme, c'est la douceur de vivre assurée à 2 km du centre ville. La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

Situé au milieu des vignes dans le sud de la Charente Maritime, le gîte a été rénové tout en pensant à votre confort. Nous avons préserver son caractère ancien en conservant les vieilles charpentes en bois ainsi que les murs en moellons. Vous trouverez 3 chambres pour 6 personnes et une piscine chauffée. Aubeterre sur Dronne, Saint Emilion, parmi les plus beaux villages de France sont à découvrir.

Literie+couettes+oreillers neufs (2025). Lave linge neuf. 2 réfrigérateurs. A 20 mn de la mer: Royan,Talmont sur Gironde. Proche de Saintes, Bordeaux, Cognac, La Rochelle, Iles Oléron et Ré.

Draps de lit fournie , lits prêts . Salle d'eau ; serviettes et gants fournie , WC séparé. Courette devant la maison avec table et 4 chaises .Parking en face pour une voiture , grand jardin. Chien accepté; mais non admis dans les chambres ainsi que de le laisser seul. Maison non fumeur.

The Gites benefit from beautiful thick stone walls which help keep the rooms cool in the summer, whilst retaining the heat in the winter. The Hanger provides a great place to sit and eat anytime of the day (or just sit and relax) with that all important shade in the summer. We live in the house on the other side of the courtyard and are there to provide you with any assistance you may need with your stay, or to leave you in peace to enjoy your relaxing holiday at Les Grandes Ecures.

A 15 km des plages , prés de l'estuaire de la Gironde ,ses petits ports ,de la côte sauvage.Saintes ville gallo-romaine 20 mn en voiture, 45 mn de Cognac , 1 heure de La Rochelle , 120 km de Bordeaux par autoroute. Situated on the outskirts of a quiet hamlet in Chives, this charming cottage with its stone walls, exposed beams and original fireplace has recently been fully restored. An ideal space for 2/4 people which includes kitchen, living and dining area, patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Guests can enjoy relaxing around the swimming pool, picnicking in the orchard or walking the surrounding countryside. A totally tranquil place to enjoy your stay.
