A quiet idyllic setting, 5 mins drive to Cranbrook station, Exeter airport & main arterial road links (M5/A30/A38). Exeter Cathedral is 20 mins & Dartmoor & the Jurassic Coast under 30.

The Beehive

Set in beautiful east Devon countryside, the Beehive is a haven for nature and bird lovers, yet still close to all amenities With a separate parking area and access, the Beehive is flooded in sunshine all day long making it an ideal place to write, paint or simply relax. 5 mins from the A30, 7 mins from M5 junction 29, 6 minutes to Exeter airport. Close to Delightful village shop with renowned bakery and post office. Easy reach to Exmouth, Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Bictoncollege and park.

Pad in Pinhoe

A studio annex, providing a perfect space for work or leisure. The annex includes a double bed, cooking and eating area, washing facilities and a bathroom. A cot could be added if required. Wifi and a television are also provided. The property is right next to the bus stop and the train station is a 5 minute walk. convenience store and takeaways right on the door step as well as a pub which serves food and a fantasti italian Charging for an electric vehicle can be provided at an additional cost

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Comfortable Heavitree house near the city centre

An oasis of calm in Heavitree close to shops, bus routes and with the city just 10 minutes by bus or a walk of about 25 minutes if you are feeling energetic. This little house offers space and comfort for a great break, close to city, sea and country. It is about an 8 min drive from J29 on the M5 and 15 min drive from St David's railway station or the university. There is private off-road parking, and frequent buses run into central Exeter, the railway station and the airport from nearby.

The upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds, and 2 dressing table/study areas + TV. Outdoor decked dining area. Under 2’s charged at the same rate as an extra guest.

It looks out over farmland and has its own secluded and secure garden with direct access to a bridle path leading to the local facilities in Broadclyst. It sits on a quiet, tree lined,unsurfaced lane with little vehicle traffic but despite this is only 10 mins from both J29 of the M5 and the A30

Topsham Hideaway is a new, peaceful self-contained luxury annex in the very heart of Topsham: -Driveway parking for 2 cars at the property -Superking (or twin by request) -Luxury shower room -Kitchenette with breakfast bar -Private entrance -5-min to Topsham train station 2 minutes walk from the high street, the river and the various pubs and restaurants Topsham has to offer. An ideal base for visiting Topsham, University visits, rugby, or as a base for exploring Devon.

A superb location for exploring the beautiful Devon countryside, coastline, and gorgeous beaches. The annex has its own private entrance.
