A 15 minute drive to downtown Palisade and Grand Junction, and 5 minutes to 1 hour's drive to amazing year-round outdoor recreation, including hiking, biking, skiing, agritourism, festivals and wineries. Please note: NO pets.

Dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the unit. Pool is open mid-May to mid-October.
