Mountain Momma Homestead Cottage

A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. Suite on Sunset Ridge, 26 acres and a small pond.

This remodeled suite, located on the back half of a duplex home, faces our wooded 26 acre lot and short walk to a small pond. It has 2 porches with their own private entrance. This suite has an open area that has a king bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Has an additional bedroom that has a full bed, its own tv and locking door. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

Americana Cottage at Luna Park Historic District

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Charleston’s Luna Park Historic District. Americana Cottage was built in 1920 at the cornerstone of the once renowned Luna Amusement Park. It boasts antique furnishings, cozy decor and a 2 level deck with fire pit. 2 blocks from the river.
