It’s +/- 1015 sq.ft. of open concept living, European style kitchen , dining area for 6, living room area with easel TV , SONOS throughout, balcony with table for 4, BBQ/grill, 1 bedroom.

Carrboro/Chapel Hill/UNC Studio

This stylish studio is a 5 min drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Weatherhill Townhomes are secluded and have easy parking. There is a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, and the couch can sleep one additional guest if needed. Enjoy the kitchen and having a bathroom all to yourself! This private basement unit overlooks the forest, which provides a lovely view any time of year. To that end, remember to bring a laptop if you want screen time (no tv here, but there is private internet!).

Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!

Cozy apartment located on historic Whitehead Circle. About a 4 block walk to UNC Hospital, Campus & famous Merrit's Grill. Shopping, great restaurants and family-friendly activities are in close proximity. No need to worry about event parking! Lots of privacy with as much or as little interaction with host as preferred.
