Private patio with a grill and an outdoor rinse/shower. Short walk to both beach or bay (playground and swim) and a 5 min drive to the Seaside Boardwalk and the business district. Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
