Sea view in the centre of Cawsand village

Our old fisherman's cottage has been in the family for over 400 years. It backs onto the beach, has uninterrupted views out to sea and the waves lapping against the back of the house at high tide. It's an old cottage and therefore has some quirks such as every floor being on a different level! As such, it's not suitable for children or those with mobility issues. We keep rooms in the lower basement area but a separate entrance ensures no disturbance. Guests cannot use the Rayburn or wood fire.

Beach House

Beach house is a Georgian family house dating back to 1784. Situated in the historic fishing village of Kingsand, this is a truly unique Cornish experience. It has recently been fully renovated to include 4 new bathrooms, a kitchen and utility room. The house sleeps 8 people in 4 double bedrooms with flexibility for a twin room on the top floor.
