Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Al castello dalla Reuccia

Spazio unico e rilassante, immerso nella quiete della natura. Ideale per chi ama fare passeggiate/trekking ed escursioni in MTB, ma anche per chi adora rilassarsi nel silenzio. A 7km di distanza dal Passo delle Radici/ San Pellegrino in Alpe e Castiglione di Garfagnana ( uno dei Borghi più belli d’Italia). In prossimità della casa si trova un piccolo pollaio, con possibilità di uova a km 0. disponibilità di letto aggiuntivi su richiesta. Presenza di WI-FI.. possibilità di noleggio MTB e E-MTB!

La tana della volpe

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Casa nel bosco is a small, cute cottage in a chestnut grove on a mule track connecting the villages of Chiozza and Castiglione di Garfagnana. The closest parking space is 300 metres from the house. Ideal for up to three people, complete with kitchen bathroom and two bedrooms, the cottage is ideal for those wishing to escape the hussle and bustle of city life. Casa nel bosco is located next to a chestnut flour farm and small campsite, you are welcome to visit and taste our chestnut pancakes.

2 bedroom, private pool, 2 minute walk to village

With spacious rooms and private pool, this is a good opportunity to experience a summer holiday in one of the loveliest villages in Tuscany. Casa Massimo is 3 minutes walk from the centre of the medieval walled village, Castiglione. There is a view of the ancient Castello from the edge of the beautiful garden. The property is the ground floor of a large house. There are 2 large bedrooms, one of which sleeps 3, and a large living room off the hall. There is a new bathroom and kitchen.

The Sound of Barga-Tuscany

Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.

5 Terre, Tellaro-La Suite sul mare

Tipica ed esclusiva casa terra‑tetto su 4 piani, affacciata direttamente sulla scogliera di Tellaro, uno dei borghi più affascinanti d’Italia. Dal terrazzino potrete vivere momenti indimenticabili: colazioni con il profumo del mare e cene a lume di candela con una vista spettacolare su Portovenere e sulle isole del Tino e della Palmaria. Qui troverete tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno unico, un vero Nido d’Amore dove il solo sottofondo sarà il suono delle onde.

Le Macine è un vecchio mulino ristrutturato situato all'interno di un allevamento ittico a Villa Collemandina sulle rive del fiume Corfino,luogo isolato immerso nella natura, Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e la pace. La casa indipendente di circa 80 metri quadri è composta da un ampio soggiorno con divano e TV,2 camere e bagno con vasca. All'esterno troviamo numerosi spazi aperti,zona barbecue,veranda con tavolino e forno a legna.

Costalmandorlo è il tuo angolo di pace al centro della Toscana. Un affascinante casolare di campagna restaurato e arredato con cura e con uno stile che concilia antico e moderno. Qui potrete rallentare e rilassarvi circondati dai suoni della natura, ammirando splendidi tramonti e facendo lunghe colazioni in giardino. A poca distanza tra Firenze, Siena e Pisa, è un'ottima base per fare il tour della Toscana.

BorgoMetato - Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

casa vacanze "Le Casette"

La casa si trova in alta collina a circa 600mt slm ed è inserita all'interno di un piccolo borgo. Dista dal parcheggio del paese di Metato 1,5km, quest'ultimo tratto è un percorso stretto e ripido accessibile con piccole auto 4WD, il proprietario può mettere a vostra disposizione una fiat panda, da utilizzare esclusivamente dal parcheggio alla casa.
