We have just finished refurbishing this self-contained cottage. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the centre of a rural village so is very quiet. Walking distance to local cafes, supermarket, parks, pub, post office, parks, golf course, tennis courts. It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Northerly aspect so drenched in sun but fully insulated to keep you cosy on chilly nights. Off street car parking.

Welcome to Just Plane Cosy! To keep with aircraft tradition, we have named our tiny home “Maiden Seattle”. She is a fully functional off-grid, Eco-friendly, all the mod-cons, super cool, airline themed Tiny Home! We think the first of its kind! Our tiny home sits in a secluded spot on a beautiful farm just outside of Robertson in the beautiful Southern Highlands, only about a 2 hour drive south of Sydney’s CBD. The property has a lovely rainforest stream and resident sheep, alpacas & wombats!

Japanese Studio Fitzroy Falls

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. We also have 'The Dairy' which is a 1 bedroom cottage with a kitchen and fireplace. Strictly Non smoking. All guests to be COVID vaccinated. STRA 6648

Yallah Hideaway

Yallah Hideaway is a detached guesthouse on acreage. Access to beaches, golf courses, Wollongong, Illawarra and Southern Highlands. Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

Gorgeous Villa Starbright @Berry Showground

Enjoy this private oasis directly opposite Berry Showground and pool. On a peaceful, wide street in yet central to all Berry has to offer (a flat easy walk to the Queen st shops) A luxurious king bed, full kitchen with an induction stove and oven, private laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer, back and side deck. Daikin reverse cycle air conditioner as well as glamorous Art Deco style ceiling fans. All windows/doors are double glazed for excellent sound and temperature regulation.

The Captain’s Cabin

Nestled in our citrus and nut orchard is the 'Captain's Cabin'. A hideaway in your own private section of the garden, with an amazing outdoor bath, ample cooking facilities inside and out, and fire pit, not to mention a comfortable queen bed with natural linen and towels, it's your base for the perfect Kangaroo Valley escape. A 5 minute walk from the village centre and 50m from the cycle and walking path, it's the perfect location too. Coffee machine, record player and provisions included.

Kiama Waters

Perched high on the cliff above the rocks and beach this coastal property has so much to offer in a quiet suburban locale. Cool breezes in summer and a warm cosy atmosphere in winter give Kiama Waters an all year round appeal. Captivating views of the famous Cathedral Rocks, Jones beach, Minnamurra headland, Bass Island, Bass Point and the surfing hotspot Boneyard are sprawled out like a magnificent canvas. Whales can often be seen from May-July & Sept to Nov - an unforgettable experience

WATERSHED - Robertson

Welcoming country chic interiors with all the mod cons. You will enjoy luxury finishes in this converted machinery shed. Fully insulated, with double glazed windows & doors. There is a wood fire & heaters. The shed is 80+ metres away from the 1880s farmhouse where we live & so you are far enough way to feel that you have the property to yourselves. There are dogs, alpacas, sheep. A wonderful farm stay property, a walk away into Robertson or a very short drive. @watershedrobertson

Cambewarra Village is 10 minutes from the town centre of Nowra and 15 minutes from the picturesque towns of Kangaroo Valley and Berry. A great base for all seasons as you explore the beautiful Shoalhaven region.

Falls Cottage, in the rainforest at Jamberoo

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

Rosebud Character Filled Country Guest Suite in Berry

Our self-contained apartment oozes contemporary country charm with all the comforts of home. Settle back on the Adirondack chairs on the rear porch and watch the rainbow lorikeets feed in the dogwood tree shading the private courtyard. Snuggle up for a cosy night in watching the latest movies on Netflix or wander just minutes into town to enjoy the many outstanding cafes, restaurants and shops Berry has to offer.
