A kitchen set provides extra seating or eating space perfect for hosting a home cooked meal prepared in your private kitchen. Unpack your suitcases into a spacious dresser or large closet to make your stay as simple as it is sunny. A set of soft sheets and cozy quilt in a queen bed plus two twin-sized sleeper sofas allow for a comfortable spot to lay your head when the day is done. Outside, opt to lounge luxuriously around the in-ground pool or soak up some rays on our second-floor terrace. Bright and light loungers, side chairs and comfy couches provide optimal seating options throughout the pool and patio areas. Picnic tables around back make the perfect lunch setting after a long day in the sun. Parking on-site allows for easy access to your vehicle for loading and unloading purposes. Our charming and side cottage on the 1st floor, 2nd floor Sea Breeze Bay and Ocean Serenade. Our house is a 100-year-old home with a Victorian front porch You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful beach with no drop off or erosion and its free.

My quaint, Victorian (circa 1890) Home. Close to Fortescue Beach Charming small town views, rustic bay front dining, & family-friendly activities. Fishing, swimming, bird watching & other outdoor activities are popular here. Many beautiful walking and hiking trails are just a short 5-10 minute drive away. The Newport House has a covered porch with plenty of natural sunlight for entertaining. It is great for couples, solo adventurers & families. Be sure to read the house manual.

Charming condominium in the midst of historic Lewes, Delaware converted from the original 1828 Bethel United Methodist Church. It is a spacious first floor unit with large rooms and high ceilings filled tastefully with vintage American furniture. The condominium is a short three block walk to downtown Lewes with its excellent restaurants and shops, and a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches of Delaware Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and Cape Henlopen State Park.

Carisbrooke Inn - Standard Queen Room

The Carisbrooke Inn is a traditional seaside Bed and Breakfast located in the quiet town of Ventnor, just half a block (300 feet) from the Ventnor City Boardwalk and Ventnor beaches. The historic building which is over 100 years old has 9 unique private rooms with private baths. All rooms have one bed and a private bathroom. We offer a full made to order breakfast and complementary off street parking one vehicle.

Dormer House - Lillian Hastings Room

The Dormer House was built in 1899 is close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants on the Washington Street Mall, spas, bike rentals, wineries and more! Rates include on-site parking, breakfast, afternoon treats and daily housekeeping. We also provide beach chairs and beach towels for our guests. The Dormer House is good for couples and solo adventurers. Sorry, no pets or children under 10 years old.

Rapunzel's Apartment on Washington St.

Charming third floor apartment on beautiful Washington St. Walk to restaurants and shops, bike to the beach. Close to the Physick Estate and the Washington Inn, it's a great location. Apartment is bright, clean, and was completely re-done in 2020. Tastefully decorated with beautiful rugs, antiques and original art work. The carriage house on site is available to store bikes. Light breakfast is included.

The Buttercup (Room 1) - Luther Ogden Inn

The Buttercup features a queen bed and a private bath with a tiled shower, HD flat­-screen TV, individually controlled heat and AC, a walk-­in closet and Wi­-Fi. It has 2 large windows to create the perfect cross-­ventilation of ocean breezes. The Buttercup faces the front of the house and overlooks quiet Kearney Avenue.

Room 6 tangerine dream

Room 6 is an oversized room with a queen sized bed with ornate iron frame. Two ceiling fans and air conditioner insure a cool nights sleep. An antique desk has inspired authors and deep thinkers for many years. Room 6 shares a bathroom with one other room and it showcases Sharon's mosaic skills.
