Perfect barn with superb sea and rural views

Cornwall has many lovely character properties and many with wonderful views, but very few with both! This is a spendid ‘upside down’ ancient barn, with a spacious, light and airy double height living room, with well-equipped kitchen area on the first floor, taking advantage of the amazing views. Two cosy bedrooms, modern shower room and all-important boot/ utility room are on the ground floor. The decor is stylish and simple, with excellent quality fittings and linens. Everything you could need!

Situated just out side of the picturesque village of St Teath. Byghan Barn offers a rural retreat away from the crowds. Stunning sunset followed by the stars looking down on our little barn. Perfectly for accessing the North Coast of Cornwall. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the barn. This is due to a dog causing damage to our property and inconvenience to our guests until the damage could be repaired. We do offer doggy day care for an additional fee if booked with plenty of notice.

Woolgarden is a lovingly restored C17th Cornish hideaway with lots of unique and original features set in a tranquil valley on the edge of Bodmin Moor. The cottage has its own garden with patio where you can enjoy great views over the rolling countryside and perfect sunsets. Night skies are amazing and have designated Dark Skies status. A self-contained, single-level property that is close to Davidstow & Bodmin Moor and a short drive to Boscastle, Tintagel, Bude and Camelford. It is well placed for local walks and excursions. There is outside space to enjoy along with views to Roughtor, the moor & the tallest hill in Cornwall, Brown Willy. The grassland around the property is perfect for active little legs (children or pets) to have a good stretch - we've even got enough tarmac for bikes, skateboards and roller-skates!
